Participation Conditions

Please review the following conditions before submitting your abstract or paper:

1. The paper must be original and not previously published in full or in part, nor presented at a prior conference
2. The paper must belong to one of the announced scientific themes of the conference
3. The abstract must be submitted in Arabic or English, not exceeding 300–500 words
4. The abstract must include: research problem, objectives, methodology, expected findings, and recommendations
5. The full paper must be written in Arabic or English within 4000–8000 words
6. The paper must follow the APA scientific documentation style
7. The number of authors per paper must not exceed three researchers
8. Accepted papers must be presented during conference sessions; presentation times will be announced later
9. All papers are subject to rigorous peer review according to academic publishing standards
10. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to accept, reject, or request revisions of any submission without stating reasons
